What is Nudge?
Nudge is a new and innovative reminder service designed to help you take your medication on time, every time! Ordered and paid for through your pharmacy when having a prescription filled, you can receive Nudge reminders either through a SMS message or a landline phone call. To receive Nudge reminders, simply ask a pharmacist when having your prescription filled at a participating pharmacy. For more information, please see About Us.
How do I register to receive Nudge reminders?
Simply ask your pharmacist the next time you have a prescription filled! For a list of participating pharmacies, click here.
I don’t live near a participating pharmacy, can I still receive nudge reminders?
Nudge is always expanding and will come to your local pharmacy soon. You can help by telling your pharmacist about us! Please refer them to this website.
Can I stop the messages at any time?
Yes. For NudgeSMS, simply reply to the message with the word “stop”. For NudgePhone, follow the prompt at the end of the reminder. If you require assistance please contact us.
How much does Nudge cost?
Retail pricing for the Nudge service is set by the retailer (pharmacy).
What is NudgeSMS?
NudgeSMS reminds you to take your medication by means of an SMS reminder when each dosage is due.
What is NudgePhone?
NudgePhone reminds you to take your medication by means of a phone call when each dosage is due
Can I receive phone call reminders on my mobile phone?
Unfortunately no. Currently the NudgePhone service is only available to landline telephones.
What happens if I don’t answer a phone call reminder?
Nudge will make numerous attempts to call you back!
What is NudgeRepeat?
NudgeRepeat will remind you, by SMS or phone call, when it is time to get your repeat prescription filled at your pharmacy.
What happens if I don’t receive a reminder, or the reminder arrives at the wrong time?
This happens in very rare cases, and is usually due to the incorrect phone number being entered at the pharmacy. Please contact Nudge support, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. You may be entitled to receive a refund through the pharmacy from which you ordered the nudge service.
I have received Nudge reminders without my consent. How can I prevent my number from receiving reminders in the future?
To bar your mobile phone from receiving any Nudge subscriptions, SMS the word "bar" to 0429 558 100. You can undo this action by SMSing "unbar". To bar your landline from receiving any Nudge subscriptions, please ask your pharmacist, or contact us.
